Terms and Conditions of Sale
This page sets out the legal Terms & Conditions under which we sell all the Products listed on this Website to you. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and hence we request our customers to check them before making any new purchase. We follow a certain set of standards and procedures, if you have any concerns or suggestions regarding them, please contact us.
YOUR ORDER & PAYMENT
By placing an order for Products through our Website, you are confirming that you plan to enter into a contract with us agreeing to purchase the Products at the stated prices at the given date and time of your order. Fantasy World reserves the right to alter the prices of Products from time to time, for example during promotional periods or where a Product is incorrectly priced.
The price is exclusive of any tax (i.e. VAT or GST or other similar taxes or charges) applicable under the prevailing law.
During the checkout process, you will be asked about the delivery option, we will provide two types of delivery option’s- Home Delivery and Click & Collect. All products will have the information about the type of delivery. If you are satisfied with your order & delivery option, you may place the order for your Products on the website by clicking the ‘Confirm Your Order’ button at the checkout process. Once you have completed this step, you will be asked to create an account, if you do not have an existing account with us. By providing your personal and payment information, you authorize us to share your information with relevant third parties such as payment processing companies, banks etc. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid phone number, email address, shipping & billing address). We will then send you an email confirming the receipt of your order, the details of your order and tentative delivery time depending on which delivery options have been chosen.
Please note that from our side order will be completed & closed once we have delivered the order to you subject to full payment having been received. We request you to note that neither completion of the online checkout process nor our confirmatory email constitute to be order completed or closed. You can review the orders you have placed and their status at any time by visiting our Website.
If we are unable to supply you with the products ordered by you for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you accordingly stating the reason example: the Product is out of stock etc. If you have already paid for the Products, a full refund shall be provided to you as soon as reasonably possible back to the card that you used for payment.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We can only process orders for delivery or collection within Kuwait where we are permitted to sell the Products. You may opt for the Products to either be delivered to your address or to be made available at one of our designated stores for you to collect.
If you opt for collection at one of our stores, you will be asked to choose a designated Fantasy World store which is convenient to you. We request you to please present order confirmation email or receipt at the time of collecting the order from our store.
If you opt for delivery, please note that delivery timelines vary depending on the type of Products ordered and the delivery address.
We will try our best to either deliver the products to your address or make the products available for collection at the relevant store based on the estimated delivery & collection date set out in our order confirmation email. Due to any circumstance’s if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery & collection date, we will contact you at the earliest with a revised estimated date of delivery. We will also inform you when the order is ready for collection or has been delivered to your address. If you have opted for click & collect at one of our stores, you must collect the order within 3 days of notifying you that the order is ready, failing which Fantasy World reserves the right to cancel the order and return the product/s to our warehouse (if necessary and possible) and process a refund back to your card.
If you have selected delivery to your address and no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery team will contact you again to re-schedule the delivery.
All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order or collected from our store.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our Customer Services department during working hours and within 30 minutes of having placed it. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the above-mentioned duration as the order gets processed and can only then be cancelled as per our returns & refunds policy. If you have paid by credit card or debit card (KNET in Kuwait), and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then Fantasy World reverses the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible from our end however are not responsible for how long this will take to reflect on your account.
From time to time, we might run promotions on the Website, in such cases specific terms and conditions shall apply. Promotions and offers may be time-limited, no two promotions can be combined with each other. Fantasy World reserves the right to amend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
