Fantasy World prides itself in offering the highest levels of quality and service as Kids deserve the best!

We have 4 flexible delivery options for our customers i.e. Home Delivery, Express Delivery and Click & Collect and Curbside pickup.

Based on our customer's preference both these options enable us to provide convenience and quick delivery of the product to our customers.

Home Delivery

  • Most of the orders placed before 6 PM will be delivered before 10 PM on same day.
  • If your order contains products that need Assembly or Installations, our delivery team will reach out to you for confirming the exact delivery date.


Express Delivery

  • Place your orders from 7 AM to 8 PM for selected Items and get it delivered in 2 hours.
  • 3 KD delivery charge applies.
  • Express Delivery is not available for the following areas: Abdally, Khairan, Wafra, Sabah Al Ahmed, Zoour, Benaider, Dubbaiya, Challey, Subiya, New Khairan city, and Mina Abdullah .

Click & Collect

  • The orders may be ready for collection from as little as 1 hour from the time of the ordering.
  • However, to ensure speedy delivery, these orders need to be placed at least 1 hour before showroom closing time.

Curbside

  • At present this service is only available in our Al Rai Showoroom.
  • The orders may be ready for collection from as little as 1 hour from the time of the ordering.
  • However, to ensure speedy delivery, these orders need to be placed at least 1 hour before showroom closing time.

For the convenience of our customers, we have easy payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD), Pay at Store, KNET & all major Credit Cards.

We want you, our esteemed customers to be happy with the orders placed and since all our products are from reputed international brands, we have a flexible Return & Exchange Policy. If our product is not as per our customer's satisfaction all items may be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt of your order with a copy of the Invoice.

Faulty items must be reported within 15 days along with the packaging & receipt. Faulty Items shall be attempted to be repaired, else exchanged, or as the last option of refunding the amount.

All exchanges, returns, refunds & faulty Items need to be returned to any of the Fantasy World showrooms.
