Kuwait Red Crescent Society’s “The Little Volunteer” Open Day

Speed Stack Tournament, one of the most requested event from the stack lovers of Kuwait, finally came to fruition on May 2016 at Fantasy World, The Avenues. The tournament was held on each Thursday from 12th May till 26th May 2016. Tournament consisted of 2 days of Qualifying Rounds and a Final Round.

Speed stack tournament was greatly advertised on our social media. Those who were interested to participate had to come to Fantasy World, The Avenues and register their names. Over 40+ kids came in for registration for the first qualifying round itself. The response was overwhelming.

Event started with National Anthem of Kuwait followed by a recital of a phase from Holy Quran. Mrs. Maha Al Barjas General Secretary of Kuwait Red Crescent Society spoke about the launch of the club “The Little Volunteer” and also thanked Fantasy World for its generous support. An appreciation plague was also given. A lot of press were invited to cover the event.

The Kid’s activities started with table activities. Our little friends enjoyed building the tallest tower using Mega blocks and castles using Kinetic Sands. Kid’s Imagination winged while they were building laser pegs. Children loved FW activities books. Pony Cycle was something that everyone enjoyed riding and they just couldn’t get enough of it. Jumbo stack activated the competitive mechanism in kids which pushed them to stack faster. Games like who can tie the ribbon fast on FW gift, Pony cycle race, FW questionnaires etc. were played and the winner received the gift from Fantasy World. The best part of the whole event was the energy of the kids. It was contagious. All together 50 gifts and 100 Freddy plush were distributed to the kids and their parents and the staffs of KRCS.

KRCS highly appreciated the support of Fantasy World and its generosity and looked forward for more collaboration in coming future. Well, it was our pleasure to be a part of their event and we were happy to put a smile on everyone’s faces as Kids Deserve the Best.
